Girls Varsity Softball Splits With Portage Northern

PORTAGE NORTHERN HIGH SCHOOL: 4
The varsity softball team split with Portage Northern on Thursday. The girls dropped the first game 7-2 then rallied back to win the second 5-4. Hannah Lord hit her first home run of the season. Lauren Nagel also had a great game at the plate. Lauren Esman threw a complete game to get the win.
The girls host Pennfield on Friday.
